In August 2019, he became one of the youngest teaching assistants at the time in his university and he discovered that one of his biggest passions is to be in front of people sharing knowledge.
2020 (October)
A Unique Graduation
Due to the extraordinary circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, Universidad del Pacífico held its first ever virtual graduation ceremony for all students from all faculties who finished their degrees successfully at the end of 2019.
Hiroshi graduated in the top 10% of his class, and received the Honor Award for Merit for holding the 2nd place.
2021 (January - May)
The beginning of an international career
In the first week of this new year, Hiroshi started his first international internship for some months, as a Business Development Associate at Interviewer.AI, a Singaporean tech startup that developed an AI-powered platform for optimizing recruitment processes.
His academic excellence and this internship were the perfect combination to open the doors for a prestigious program. He was admitted in the Master in Management at IE Business School which was ranked 5th in the world, according to QS World Business Masters Rankings 2022.
Further, thanks to the IE Foundation’s financial support, Hiroshi won the IE Collaboration Award 2021 to study the MIM at IE.

Life as an International Student

2022 (July)
New big academic milestone

Some plans had changed, and he decided to stay in Spain.
2023
New life opportunities
He obtained a new opportunity as a Strategic Consultant at PoE Advisory (London) and worked remotely from Madrid for several months.

By August 2023, he started as a Part-time Professor at Universidad del Pacífico, for a course he designed himself, in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation. He called his course MVPs and Innovation for Global Markets, and structured it in a way to teach how we can create entrepreneurial projects from scratch, minimizing risks, and with a global vision.
By the end of the year, he was contacted by the Singaporean tech startup he worked for in early 2021, and started working as a Key Account Manager. This was a major opportunity for him, but also a huge responsibility as he was in charge of the business expansion in Spain (mainly), US and LATAM markets.
