Jorge Hiroshi's Academic Journey
Jorge Hiroshi started his academic and professional career in 2015, when he joined the International Business class at Universidad del Pacífico (Lima, Peru) until he graduated in 2020.
Later, he continued developing high level skills and knowledge from top institutions worldwide: a Master in Management from IE Business School (2022), and a Master in Business Analytics and Data Science from IE School of Science and Technology (2025).
His dream is to become a full time professor and researcher in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation, and will soon pursue a Master in Business Research at the University of Barcelona and then will pursue for a PhD in Business.

Research Focus and Academic Goals
Jorge Hiroshi started his career in Peru where he learned about International Business at Universidad del Pacífico (Lima, Peru). In time, his professional experience was focused mostly in developing startups from Latin America (Peru, Chile, Brazil and Argentina), Asia (Singapore, Japan, China, UAE) and Europe (London, Spain, Portugal and Germany).
Given his international background and various studies, he plans to follow an academic path: a PhD in Business at the University of Barcelona, with expected finish date by 2030.
His main field of research will be Strategy & Entrepreneurship and Innovation, as Jorge is very passionate about the internationalisation of digital or tech startups.
